SISTERHOOD CIRCLE

Join Heidi in a celebration of the Spring Equinox, with a special women’s circle to mark and welcome the return of this beautiful season.
We will celebrate the turning season, shedding our wintering selves and stepping into the newness of spring. Spring is the season of rebirth, of hope, of new beginnings of planting intentional seeds and watching them grow!
Our evening will begin with a warming cup of herbal tea and sharing circle, a chance to drop into the space, and connect to the sisterhood, through ritual and ceremony. Throughout the evening there will be more opportunities to share, listen, and connect, along with, journaling practices, intentional rituals to mark the ending of winter and beginning of spring, movement, guided meditation, and relaxation using crystal singing bowls.
Let's come together to set our intentions, welcome the new, and share our hopes and dreams for this beautiful new season.
MONTHLY SOUND BATH

Float away into a deep state of rest and relaxation with our monthly Sound Bath Meditation.

Join us each month as we are guided through a healing sound journey using the magical frequencies of the gong, crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes.
Each month we will focus on a different theme and intention, beginning the evening with a short ceremony, giving us time to reflect and practice gratitude, before moving into a guided meditation, and finally melting into true relaxation through a heavenly sound bath.
A sound bath is a beautiful opportunity to pause and give yourself permission to truly rest, recharge and release. Allowing the sonic sounds and frequencies to bring you to a true state of bliss.
